| This is the type of conveyor which carries small chips in tightly sealed position. It can be installed freely irrespective of the plant layout.
This is a three-dimensional piping type conveyor and its primary objective is to carry small pieces of chips. Besides chips, it can also be used to carry industrial waste and garbage. Various shapes like curves, right angle, and U-turns etc. can be combined. This can be installed in existing plants and machines and provides clean conveyance. |

This is the type of conveyor which
transits relatively big chips. Our
original design of preventive
mechanism against the inclusion is adopted.There might be such as breakdown of equipment, when complex shaped chips are carried through a usual conveyor but Arrow Techno has developed its own unique mechanism to prevent inclusion. Therefore, even insertion of permanent chips is safe. Moreover, a long distance and multi-line conveyance is also possible. |

Rotary crusher is a crusher
which crushes the scrap from
cutting operations with a special steel hammer. It removes foreign substance such as bolts.
The scrap from cutting operations and the wastage are crushed by the crusher when they are big, and transported thereafter. The high-speed rotating hammer crushes the scrap from cutting operations of various materials such as specialty steel, aluminum, copper. In addition, the foreign substances for such as bolts are removed automatically. |

The oil is removed from scrap
with labor saving manner. It
conveys while oil is collected.
This is the type of conveyor which is used to convey the scrap that contains oil. The inclusion is prevented even if oil with a high viscosity adheres, since the hinge is dimple processed. Moreover, the drain pan is installed in the bottom to prevent stagnation. |

| This is a general-purpose conveyor which is appropriate for relay conveyance. Also, it is installed with ease.
There are two types, a scrapper type and a hinged belt type. The scrapper type is ideally suited to recover while scratching such as short filmed chips etc. The hinged belt type is the most standard conveyor that connects the steel plate and does the rotation running.

Storage hopper is a reservoir
which can store recovered
chips, and this can be loaded
on the tracks in just one-touch of button.
It is a hopper which stores separated recovered chips. The contents are loaded from this hopper to the track etc. but an opening and closing of that gate can be done by just one touch of button. It also supports the storage of long/ curls chips and, the bridge might not happen when the gate opens and closes. The capacity and the number of tanks are placed, in accordance with demand. |

Arrow power is small,

free single shaft type crusher.
Even though chips wrap around the shaft, they release out on the reverse movement, since it operates repeatedly in the left and right rotation. Moreover, a difficult to rotate inclusion wing is adopted in the hopper. The maintenance also is not time consuming since the structure is simple. |
